Norhen Economical 80G Radar Level Transmitter adopts 80GHz FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) radar technology. It is a cost-effective non-contact level measuring instrument designed for conventional industrial level monitoring.
The 80GHz high-frequency signal features a narrow beam angle, which effectively avoids interference from tank walls, internal baffles and pipelines. The short wavelength delivers reliable echo signals for liquids, granules and powders. Measurement results are barely affected by medium density, viscosity, steam, dust or surface turbulence.
With non-contact measuring principle, the sensor does not touch the process medium, eliminating wear, corrosion and frequent maintenance problems. Compact housing design supports threaded or flange mounting, easy to install and commission. It supports 4~20mA / HART output, seamlessly connecting with PLC and industrial control systems.
