Product Introduction
The ultrasonic level meteris an intelligent non-contact liquid (or solid) level measurement instrument. It consists of an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic control host. This product adopts a modular circuit design, featuring military-grade multi-layer PCB boards, with a compact hardware structure and a reasonable layout. This product uses a 16-key operation menu, supports isolated 4-20mA output, supports HART communication, and has built-in wireless data transmission functions such as GPRS/GPS/4G. The body is equipped with 500,000 storage slots, supports USB storage export, and can also add modules according to customer requirements to achieve other functions.
This product can meet most liquid level and material level measurement requirements without contacting the industrial medium, completely solving the shortcomings of traditional measurement methods such as winding, clogging, leakage, medium corrosion, and inconvenient maintenance. Therefore, it can be widely applied in various fields related to material level and liquid level monitoring and control.

Functional Features

The probe has low power consumption, is easy to install and locate. It is widely used in various media liquid level measurement in systems and industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, power, pharmaceuticals, water supply and drainage, and environmental protection.
The ultrasonic liquid level meter has a historical record function, which can record historical data for hours, days, months, and years. The body has 500,000 storage slots. The instrument control function is comprehensive, with four-channel relay signal output. It is easy to connect common actuators (electromagnets, pumps, alarms, etc.). According to the requirements of the working conditions, the probe can be selected in various models such as the delicate type (IP65), enhanced type (IP68 moisture-proof), and anti-corrosion type (Teflon). The display can be switched between Chinese and English, and the operation is via 16-bit keys. The simple menu options enable quick human-machine communication. A remote transmission communication module can be integrated, and various communication protocols can be customized (explained during ordering).

Measurement principle
The ultrasonic liquid level meter measures the liquid level by utilizing the characteristics of ultrasonic wave emission and reflection. The probe emits ultrasonic pulse signals to the surface of the measured medium, and when they encounter the measured medium (liquid surface), they are reflected. The reflected ultrasonic wave signals are detected by the electronic module, processed by the processor, and the time difference between the emitted ultrasonic wave and the echo is analyzed. Combined with the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves, the distance traveled by the ultrasonic waves can be calculated, thereby reflecting the liquid level situation.
