The industrial online conductivity meter is a conductivity measurement instrument composed of a sensor and an electronic unit. 1. Real-time continuous monitoring: 24-hour uninterrupted collection of liquid conductivity data, with sampling frequency of 1-5 times per second. It quickly detects fluctuations such as water pollution and excessive chemicals, avoiding production risks.
2. High precision and stability: The measurement accuracy is generally ±0.5% FS (for high-end models, it reaches ±0.1% FS). Anti-pollution electrodes (made of titanium alloy or platinum) reduce impurity adhesion and support automatic calibration with standard solutions to ensure long-term stability.
3. Wide temperature compensation: Equipped with NTC/PT1000 sensors, the compensation range is 0-100℃ (for high-temperature models, it reaches 200℃). It can be adjusted to 25℃ or the set temperature to eliminate temperature interference.
4. Rich output control: Supports 4-20mA isolated output (for remote transmission to PLC/DCS), RS485/Modbus communication. High and low limit alarm relays can be linked to the equipment to achieve unmanned operation.
5. Strong environmental adaptability: The circuit EMC design is resistant to electromagnetic interference, and the enclosure has an IP65 protection rating (IP67 for outdoor use), suitable for humid and dusty working conditions.
