The vortex flowmeter is designed based on the Karman vortex street principle and consists of a sensor, a converter, and a display unit. It can measure the instantaneous and cumulative flow of various media such as gases, liquids, and steam. The sensor has no moving parts and has a simple structure. It is widely used in pipeline flow monitoring in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, and power. It is compatible with different pipe diameters and can work stably within a wide temperature and pressure range, meeting the flow measurement requirements in industrial production.
It is mainly used for the flow measurement of fluid media in industrial pipelines, such as gases, liquids, and steam, etc. Its features include low pressure loss, large measurement range, high accuracy, and it is almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, and viscosity when measuring the volumetric flow under working conditions. It has no moving mechanical parts. Therefore, it has high reliability, low maintenance requirements, and the instrument constant can be stable for a long time. This instrument uses a piezoelectric stress sensor, which has high reliability and can operate within a working temperature range of -20℃ to 300℃. It has both analog standard signals and digital pulse signals for output, making it easy to be used in conjunction with digital systems such as computers. Product Introduction
The metal tube float flowmeter is a flow measurement device based on the variable area principle. Its core consists of a metal conical tube, a float, a positioning rod, and an indicator. When the fluid flows upward through the conical tube, it pushes the float up. The position of the float changes with the flow rate (the greater the flow rate, the higher the float), and this position is converted into a flow reading through magnetic coupling or mechanical transmission. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and medicine, and can measure the flow of liquids, gases, and steam, etc. It is suitable for medium and low flow rates and medium-sized pipe diameters (DN15-DN200), and is particularly suitable for the measurement of corrosive or fluids with certain pressure.

Product Principle
It consists of two parts: a flow sensor and a flow indicator. The float is vertically installed in the conical measuring tube. Due to the action of the fluid, it can freely float up and down in the conical tube. Inside the float, there is a high-performance permanent magnet steel. When the float moves up and down, the magnetic field around the magnet steel will change. When the flow tends to be stable and the float is in dynamic balance, the magnetic field distribution will also be stable. Through the flow indicator mechanically connected to the conical measuring tube, the magnetic signal of the float is transmitted in a non-contact manner, and then the flow value is detected and processed in a magnetic transmission manner. Finally, the flow value is displayed on the indicator scale, while the LCD displays the instantaneous and cumulative flow values, and outputs a standard two-wire (4 - 20) mA signal / HART protocol.

It is composed of two parts: sensors and converters. It operates based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with an electrical conductivity greater than 5 µS/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive media. Besides measuring the volumetric flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and strong bases, as well as uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquids such as slurry, pulp, and paper pulp. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textiles, papermaking, environmental protection, food, etc., as well as in municipal management, water conservancy construction, and river dredging.

Product Features
The measuring tube has no resistance components, resulting in zero pressure loss and being less prone to clogging. As long as the electrode and lining materials are properly selected, the requirements for corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be met.
2. The measurement accuracy is not significantly affected by the pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, or electrical conductivity of the fluid. It is also not influenced by the environment. Therefore, it has high measurement accuracy, stable operation, and is reliable.
3. Utilizing modern analog-to-digital conversion technology and high-performance ultra-large-scale integrated chips, the signals are isolated, filtered, amplified and digitally processed to accurately display the measured values.
4. Automatic monitoring and correction of parameters that affect the measurement results are carried out, such as zero drift correction. For the entire measurement range, a segmented flow coefficient setting and correction are adopted, thereby expanding the measurement range, enhancing the intelligence level and measurement accuracy, and significantly improving the stability performance.
5. Utilizing EEPROM data storage technology, it features the functions of storing and querying historical data, and offers three options for users to choose from regarding the way of recording historical data.
6. It has power-off protection for measurement values and process alarm functions. It allows for setting the flow direction of the liquid inside the sensor, thus enabling the sensor to be installed without being restricted by the direction of liquid flow, and achieving bidirectional measurement.
7. A backlit dot matrix dual-row flow display is adopted, which simultaneously shows the instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, as well as the working status, parameters, and measurement units.
