Product Introduction
The immersion type liquid level gauge is based on the principle of static pressure measurement. Its core consists of a high-precision pressure sensor and an intelligent signal processing module. It needs to be placed at the bottom of the measured liquid. By sensing the changes in the static pressure of the liquid and combining the built-in medium density compensation algorithm, it automatically calculates and outputs the liquid level height data. It is suitable for various media such as water, oil, and chemical solutions, and is widely used in water tanks, storage tanks, water wells, sewage treatment ponds, etc. It can meet the liquid level measurement requirements in industrial production, municipal water supply, environmental monitoring and other fields.

· Powerful intelligent function: Equipped with automatic temperature compensation and zero drift correction functions, it can real-time calibrate measurement data to avoid the influence of environmental factors on accuracy; supports data storage and retroactive viewing, capable of recording historical liquid level changes. Some models can also be connected to the Internet system through the RS485 communication interface to achieve remote monitoring and parameter setting.
· High measurement accuracy: Utilizes high-precision pressure sensors, with measurement error controlled within ±0.2% FS. Combined with advanced signal processing technology, it can maintain stable measurement results even in liquid fluctuations and conditions with a small amount of impurities.
· Convenient installation and maintenance: No complex on-site debugging required. The immersion design allows it to be directly placed in the measured liquid, and the cable length can be flexibly customized. The sensor housing is made of corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel or polytetrafluoroethylene material, with a long service life. Daily maintenance only requires regular inspection of the cable sealing performance, and the cost is low.
· Strong environmental adaptability: Can withstand a temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃ and a pressure range of 0.1 to 10MPa. The waterproof rating reaches IP68, and it can work stably in humid, dusty, and even short-term immersion harsh environments, suitable for various complex industrial scenarios.

Product Information
It is composed of two parts: sensors and converters. It operates based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with an electrical conductivity greater than 5 µS/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive media. Besides measuring the volumetric flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and strong bases, as well as uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquids such as slurry, pulp, and paper pulp. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textiles, papermaking, environmental protection, food, etc., as well as in municipal management, water conservancy construction, and river dredging.

The measuring tube has no resistance components, resulting in zero pressure loss and being less prone to clogging. As long as the electrode and lining materials are properly selected, the requirements for corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be met.
2. The measurement accuracy is not significantly affected by the pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, or electrical conductivity of the fluid. It is also not influenced by the environment. Therefore, it has high measurement accuracy, stable operation, and is reliable.
3. Utilizing modern analog-to-digital conversion technology and high-performance ultra-large-scale integrated chips, the signals are isolated, filtered, amplified and digitally processed to accurately display the measured values.
4. Automatic monitoring and correction of parameters that affect the measurement results are carried out, such as zero drift correction. For the entire measurement range, a segmented flow coefficient setting and correction are adopted, thereby expanding the measurement range, enhancing the intelligence level and measurement accuracy, and significantly improving the stability performance.
5. Utilizing EEPROM data storage technology, it features the functions of storing and querying historical data, and offers three options for users to choose from regarding the way of recording historical data.
6. It has power-off protection for measurement values and process alarm functions. It allows for setting the flow direction of the liquid inside the sensor, thus enabling the sensor to be installed without being restricted by the direction of liquid flow, and achieving bidirectional measurement.
7. A backlit dot matrix dual-row flow display is adopted, which simultaneously shows the instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, as well as the working status, parameters, and measurement units.

Product Principle
It consists of a main tube, magnetic float, connecting flange, indicator, discharge flange, and discharge valve. The magnetic steel inside the magnetic float serves as the sensing component, and through magnetic coupling, it reflects the liquid level or interface. The magnetic float inside the main body moves up and down with the liquid level, driving the dual-color flipper or flip column inside the indicator outside the main body to flip. When there is liquid, it displays red; when there is no liquid, it displays black (white). The boundary line between red and black (white) indicates the liquid level height. The scale marks on both sides or the left side of the indicator can clearly assist in reading.
